Greening is the commitment to incorporating environmentally friendly materials, lifestyle products and services into your home and work place. Conserving energy, water, and materials as well as recycling and reuse are all examples of greening. Leading an eco-friendly lifestyle concerns all of us and in fact, many homeowners suffer from problems that re directly energy related. Energy audits help homeowners discover where and how their homes are using energy inefficiently, and provide the appropriate solutions. Home energy audit benefits can include: improved home comfort through air leakage reduction, the discovery of unknown problems such as mold and mildew due to improper ventilation, and lower energy bills. Industrial Hygene & Safety
The Industrial Hygiene & Safety courses will introduce students to safety and health issues which they may face in a variety of work settings. Environmental
We are dedicated to serving the training needs of the environmental, health, safety, transportation, and energy professionals who’s understanding of regulatory compliance is essential to their jobs and organizations. We offer Industrial Environmental training, air water emissions. Construction Warehousing
Our array of construction courses will help students hoen their skills or prepare them for a career in the building industry. Our courses are comprised of classroom lectures followed by hands-on skill sessions where students are instructed in the proper use of hand tools and power tools, framing techniques and basic concrete and masonry skills. In addition to the construction skills we also teach a Deconstruction Overview where students learn the distinction between deconstruction and demolition and develop the skills to turn waste into a valuable commodity. We also provide comprehensive training in the principles of warehouse operations so that participants can learn proper procedures for the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and efficient dispatch of goods. This instruction includes and introduction to the bar coding and scan gun usage, as well as forklift and industrial truck operation and maintenance.+ Click here to see classes
