Tier II and Form ‘R’
The purpose of the Tier II Form is to provide state and local officials and the public with information on hazardous chemicals at each facility. This course will provide instruction on how to correctly and completely fill out the Tier II form. The purpose of a Form R is to notify the EPA state officials and the public which toxic chemicals were manufactured processed or otherwise used in a facility for the past year. This part of the course will include how to determine if you need to file a Form R or Form A reporting thresholds and how to correctly complete the Form R.
