A Phase I Site Assessment includes visual inspections historical use reviews and record searches at government agencies to ascertain”potential” sources of pollution. Phase II Site Assessments include devising a strategy for an intrusive collection of samples through surface soil drilling”pits” etc. sample collection from the property to ascertain if contamination is present on a property.
