CT Asbestos Project Designer Initial
This is a three day course both classroom and hands-on training designed to provide students with the instruction necessary to conduct asbestos project design. Connecticut regulations require that the Asbestos Project Designer must have a minimum of one year experience in asbestos abatement including experience in abatement design or six months field experience under the supervision of a licensed Project Designer. Course study includes discussions on the physical characteristics of asbestos potential health effects employee personal protective equipment state-of-the-art work practices for asbestos abatement personal hygien safety system design and safety hazards encountered during an asbestos abatement project.
