Deconstruction is a process of building disassembly in order to recover the maximum amount of materials for their highest and best re-use. The course reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the deconstruction process the processes and support systems necessary to implement a deconstruction plan and the markets and outlets for recycled materials.

Students will receive the Lead Supervisor license upon satisfying the mandatory attendance requirements and successfully passing the exam. The course includes classroom and hands-on instruction in the functions and responsibilities of a Lead Abatement Supervisor.
